Ursus, through UREM Real Estate Fund I, has sold the residential property Glädjen 14 on Kungsholmen in Stockholm. The property, comprising 129 apartments, has been acquired by a tenant-owned association, with closing on 15 January.

Tango acted as financial advisor to the seller, and Landahl served as the seller’s legal advisor.

The sale follows Ursus’ divestment of the adjacent residential property Förtjusningen 1 in the first half of 2025, also to a tenant-owned association.
